What a wonderful experience, Rochelle is so vibrant yet warm and very welcoming, the space at Monsalvat is beautiful. Simply evocative experience. Don’t hesitate if you are looking for a journey of exploration, adventure and lots of laughter with a hint of tenderness. I attended a recent Sunday vision board  6 hour session as a novice to the craft - time flew past - Rochelle, through her empathy, artist’s eye and knowledge of the human condition enables one to identify and express new directions, motivating change of mindset and fixed ways of thinking - highly recommended!!

With Storyholding, Rochelle has created a space which ‘holds’ you with such gentleness, giving you the freedom to unravel your very own stories, the ones that have been tucked away in your unconscious, waiting for their time to shine. Over the course of a few hours they find their way onto the blank page, just as they were meant to be! And the result is so gratifying! The trick is to let go of any resistance or control over the outcome, which I am at times guilty of, but Rochelle’s natural effervescence and compassionate approach, I was quickly completely at ease and freed myself of all self-imposed perfectionism, which is very refreshing for a perfectionist like me! What a fabulous morning it was to experience a Storyholding workshop! After a busy few months, it was such bliss to be able to escape to the beauty, wonder and boundless creative possibilities that is collage art. Today was simply the best! I have reopened my creative channel and finally found a way to express all of me with a hobby that is so meditative and opens my brain in a way it hasn’t been for years! It’s so great to see a part of myself that felt lost again! I can’t thank you enough! It was the best birthday I’ve had in ages, with my son and Devonshire tea from @b.catering … it was all such a treat! Thank you Rochelle for your love, spirit, enthusiasm and skill! I just loved it!
